I’m Nathan Sookurun, a middle-distance athlete from Mauritius and coach focused on helping runners improve with structure, consistency, and purpose.


My coaching is built for athletes who want more than random sessions. Every plan is built around the runner, their level, goals, and race demands.

I have studied the mechanics, demands,

and factors that shape middle-distance performance.
